BY N24 STAFF WRITER, KATHMANDU: Hollywood actress Olivia de Haviland, a two-time Oscar winner, has died. She was found dead while sleeping in a house in Paris. She is said to have died of natural causes. She was 104 years old. She had lived in Paris for 60 years. Lisa Goldberg from her team reported Olivia’s death.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences tweeted, “Olivia de Haviland, a two-time Oscar winner for Best Actress, was the mainstay of Hollywood’s golden age and immense talent.” She was a true story of our industry. ‘According to Hollywood Reporter.com, arrangements have been made to keep her funeral private.

Born in Japan, Olivia was active in filmmaking for more than five decades from 1935 to 1988. During this time she appeared in 49 films. She is also known as the actress of the golden age of Hollywood. Olivia has starred with Hollywood action superstar Errol Flynn in a number of hit films, including “Captain Blood” and “The Adventures of Robin Hood.”
