    DC to host Miss Nepal America 2012

    Marryland: Washington DC will host the Miss Nepal America 2012 pageant slated for August 11, 2012.  A meeting of the concerned authorities here on March 3 took the decision to the effect.
    Founder of the pageant Ameet Shah informed about the decision to the participants of the program after holding consultations with representatives Nepalese organizations active in the states.
    Among others the event was attended by former Miss Nepal America Sujeeta Basnet, and her other best two competitors Tilasmi Bista and Naveena Basnet.
    A coordination committee in the leadership of Sharad Bikram Singh has been formed for managing the event.
