Dacoits create havoc in a Mahottari VDC


MAHOTTARI: Armed robbers plundered half a dozen homes at Halkhori VDC in Mahottari district last night. A gang of robbers comprising some 15 people looted cash and valuables worth approximately one million rupees from six houses in the locality, the District Police Office said.

The robbers fired in the air and took the occupants of the houses in control before they went on a plundering spree. Six women have sustained injuries as they tried to resist the robbers. They are receiving treatment at local health centre. RSS
