Main Ruling UCPN (Maoist) Spokesperson Agni Sapkota has claimed that the incumbent government would hold the Constituent Assembly election. He also cited the international practice of government holding the election which announces it.
Talking with the journalists at the party headquarter Parsidanda Kathmandu on Saturday, Sapkota, however, said that the government would resign on condition of consensus.
“Consensus has been elusive when opposition parties are coming up with the logic that the government was the only matter of concern for them,” he said.
