Country records 1,255 new cases of COVID-19 Sunday



KATHMANDU:- A total of 1,255 individuals tested positive for coronavirus in the past 24 hours across the country. Likewise, altogether 1,404 infected persons recovered from the virus in the same duration, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
As stated by the Ministry, the Kathmandu valley recorded 548 new cases of the virus in the past 24 hours.
The Ministry record showed that the coronavirus infected tally in the country reached 231,978 till Sunday.
Similarly, 212,580 infected ones recovered till November 29.
According to the Ministry, the active cases of the virus are 17,909 across the country and the recovery rate of the COVID-19 patients is 91.6 per cent in Nepal.
Likewise, 25 persons succumbed to the virus in the past 24 hours in Nepal.
