KATHMANDU: The coronavirus cases have been increasing in the Kathmandu Valley of late.

On Monday, 54 people were tested positive for the coronavirus in the valley while the number was 30 on Sunday. With the influx of people in the valley from outside districts, the coronavirus infection grew steadily. Among total 180 tested positive to the virus across the country on Monday, 54 were from the Kathmandu Valley alone- 24 from Kathmandu, 20 from Lalitpur, and 10 from Bhaktpur districts.
