Nepali Congress Vice-president Ram Chandra Poudel has claimed that government under the leadership of Congress is inevitable for breaking the current political deadlock. He also said that a free and fair CA election was not possible under the leadership of other parties.
Speaking at a function organized on the occasion of the 13th day of demise of NC leader Bhim Bahadur Tamang here on Thursday, he said that the ongoing process would give the country a new Prime Minister. “The President should not step back from the process he has begun for a government of national consensus,” he argued.
He accused the Maoist of becoming the only obstacle to a way out. “If the Maoists want a consensus then they must give up the power game.”
