Clash between two groups in NRNA Portugal

N24 Correspondent, LISBON:- In NRNA Portugal, there has been a clash between the two groups. A scuffle broke out between youths gathered at Almeida Park in Lisbon on Saturday. According to eyewitnesses, two Nepalis were injured in the incident.

A video of Nepalis punching each other in a park in Lisbon has also surfaced on social media. In Portugal, one faction has claimed that the election was official, while another group has set up a parallel committee, claiming that the election was rigged.

Two parallel committees of NRNA Portugal have issued a statement blaming each other even after the clash and have even confirmed the incident of beating.

Robot Limbu, NRNA activist, said that the local police arrived on time to prevent further untoward incidents. He said, “After the two vans of police arrived at the spot, the youths involved in the scuffle were found scattered.” Friends on both sides of the NRNA clearly say that if the police had not come, there could have been a big accident. ‘

Journalist Chhantyal said that instead of resolving the NRN controversy in Portugal, it is becoming more and more intense and complicated. “It simply came to our notice then. It is understood that both Rabindra Adhikari and Som Sherpa have reached there for discussions but the youths of both sides could not show restraint and it seems that there was a scuffle with them, ‘he told online news about the incident.
