Chance of rain and snow in different places today


KATHMANDU:- The weather will be cloudy in different parts of Nepal today. Due to which, there is a possibility of rain and snow, according to the Water and Weather Forecast Division. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in many parts of the country today due to the western low pressure system and low pressure area in the Arabian Sea.

According to the special weather bulletin of the department, light to moderate rain will fall in many parts of the country today. There is a possibility of heavy snowfall in the Himalayan district. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in the far west, Karnali, Gandaki, Lumbini and some parts of hilly areas of Bagmati this afternoon. Similarly, there will be moderate to heavy snowfall in the mountainous districts of these states. Likewise, there is a possibility of rain and snow at night.
Meteorologists have said that the weather will remain the same in Bheli. The weather is expected to be clear from Percy. Percy’s weather is expected to be somewhat clearer as the western low pressure system accompanies the westerly winds and the low pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea weakens. As there is a possibility of heavy snowfall in the Himalayan district, meteorologists suggest not to go for mountaineering as much as possible.
