
KATHMANDU:- The Department of Revenue Investigation has filed a case against four persons at the High Court, Patan on the charge of evading revenue worth Rs 182.7 million.
The case has been lodged against proprietor of Bring Media Distribution Pvt Ltd, Chandra Bahadur Adhikari, of Chuchchhepati, Kathmandu, proprietor of Jupiter Media, the authorized dealer of Star India Pvt Ltd, India, Anjali Arora, of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-10, managers of Bring Media, Surendra Chhetri and Suman Chhetri, informed the Department, issuing a notice on Friday.
The Department has demanded the fine equal to the loss incurred along the recovery and the imprisonment.
