Speaking at a golden jubilee ceremony of Laxmeswori secondary school at Kumari on Monday, he claimed that the government has been working showing maximum flexibility for peace and constitution.

A national consensus government will be formed under the present leadership of the government to promulgate constitution within May 27, he noted.
