Biplov led Maoist rebel group reaching a three-point agreement with Nepal Government

N24 Correspondent, KATHMANDU:- The banned Netra Bikram Chand Biplov led Maoist rebel group has renounced violence. The group agreed to renounce violence after reaching a three-point agreement with the Nepal government on Thursday.

Rajan Bhattarai, a member of the government’s negotiating team, said the government would also lift the ban on the group.
Nepal Government had formed a negotiating team under the coordination of Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ and the Biplab group led by party spokesperson Khadga Bahadur Vishwakarma ‘Prakand’.

It has been agreed to release all the detainees and dismiss the case. According to Bhattarai, the Netra Bikram Chand Biplov led Maoist rebel group is ready to resolve all its political issues through dialogue.
