Bhutanese refugee murdered


BHADRAPUR: An unidentified person killed a Bhutanese refugee youth in the Beldangi, Jhapa-based camp at 1.30 AM last night while he was fast asleep.
The murdered has been identified as Bhim Bahadur Rai, 30, known to be Tika, who has been residing at Sector F Hut Number 167/168 in Beldangi.

He was killed with the use of sharp-edged weapon on the right part of the neck, said Area Police Office, Damak.

It seems that the murderer hacked the refugee to death by entering the hut through door.

Investigation into the incident is on, police said.
The dead body is being kept at a health centre in Mangalbare for post-mortem. RSS
