While the ruling and opposition parties are sharply divided over the leadership of consensus government, Chairman of the Rastriya Madhes Samajbadi Party, Sharat Singh Bhandari, has floated a proposal of new government under the leadership of an independent person.
Speaking at a program in Kathmandu on Monday, Bhandai has proposed a government under the leadership of independent person reasoning that the major parties and their leaders of failing to run the country. Lambasting upon the major parties, he accused, “The big parties have abused the authority to remain in the power.”
He also said that the national consensus government should be formed under the leadership of small parties either.
