KATHMANDU:- CPN-UML Chairperson and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that all the five judges of the Supreme Court should resign. This was stated by Oli while addressing the UML’s Palika convention virtually on Tuesday. He claimed that there was a problem in the court after the formation of the government from Paramadesh. Meanwhile, Oli has been accused of infiltrating politics in the court.
In particular, he has been accused of omitting the Chief Justice from appointments to constitutional bodies. He said that not only one person but all those who gave orders should resign. He made the remarks while demanding the resignation of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana.
