Phurpa Sherpa, KATHMANDU:- The number of people infected with COVID-19 has increased again in Nepal.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) spokesperson Dr. Bikash Devkota, an additional 166 cases have been confirmed in the regular press briefing.
Out of 166 infected people, 162 are males and 4 are females are from Syangja, Parsa, Kalikot, Dailekh, Bajura, Surkhet, Kapilvastu, Banke, Tanaghun, Saptari, Kailali, Jhapa, Morang, Dhanusa, Rautahat and Sarlahi tested COVID-19 positive.
At the same time, the number of people infected with the COVID-19 in Nepal has reached 1,567. And the health condition of the infected is said to be normal by the Ministry.
Similarly, the number of people returning home after recovery has reached 220 in Nepal.
