50 students fall sick in Chandra Jyoti School Tanahun


TANAHUN: Over 50 students in Ghiring Municipality-3 based Chandra Jyoti Secondary school have fallen sick due to viral fever. The number of the students fallen sick from the same school is the sign of the viral taking epidemic proportion, health personnel said.
According to the head master at the school Prem Thapa, most of the students fallen sick are from grade 6,7,8,9 and 10. A total of 15 students have fallen sick from the grade 10 alone, Thapa added.
Ghiring based health post staff nurse said that the students have symptoms of viral fever and influenza and are receiving treatment in the same health post.
