The meeting of the Council of Ministers held today took this decision, according to Minister for Peace and Reconstruction, Top Bahadur Rayamajhi.
Similarly, the meeting appointed Madan Kharel as General Manager of the Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) and Manoj Kandel as Executive Director of the Central Child Welfare Committee. The government also appointed Anil Kumar Jha as the Board Member of the Janak Education Materials Center (JEMC).
Likewise, the meeting also promoted Assistant Investigation Directors of the National Investigation Department (NID), Rajendra Kumar Khatri and Puskar Prasad Chapagain to the post of Investigation Director and deputed at the Western and Eastern Regional offices of NID, respectively. The meeting also decided to change the name of Drug Control Law Implementation Unit to Drug Control Bureau, to provide Rs. 200,000 to a dance show programme in Lalitpur and to send a team under the leadership of Inspector General of the APF to India to hold talks on various issues relating to security.
