
JAJRKOT: A total of 233 sheep were killed after being struck by lightning in Jajarkot on Saturday. The incident took place in Patan of Kushe rural municipality of the district.
The district police office, Jajarkot has confirmed the incident. Sheep breeding is the major occupation of the local people here. As a result, the incident has invited serious trouble for the local farmers, said a local, Durga Bahadur Rokaya.
