
KATHMANDU:- The country has recorded 10 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. The new number of coronavirus cases was detected in course of conducting 2,768 sample tests through RT-PCR and antigen methods, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Similarly, sixteen people have recovered from the virus during the same period. With this, number of people who have recovered from the virus has reached 966,991 so far. The recovery rate is 98.8 per cent, added the ministry.
There are 133 active cases of coronavirus, with 19 cases in Kathmandu and 11 in Lalitpur. The number of people who lost their lives to coronavirus has reached 11,952 so far.
Meanwhile, 31,388 people received vaccine against coronavirus today, according to the Ministry,
