
KATHMANDU: Political parties have been given ten days more to resolve contentious issues seen the drafting of the new constitution A meeting of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the Legislature-Parliament on Wednesday took the decision to this effect in response to the request for 15 days extra time demanded by the parties.
Major political parties are yet to resolve intra-party differences on some core issues including state restructuring, forms of governance, electoral system, judicial system, citizenship issues among others.
